By accessing MyCampusClosets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
MyCampusClosets is available exclusively to current students, faculty, and staff at enrolled partner universities. A valid .edu email address is required to create an account. You must be 18 years or older.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to: provide accurate listing information, care for rented items, complete rentals as agreed, and communicate honestly with other users.
Lenders are responsible for ensuring items are clean, accurately described, and in good condition. Renters are responsible for returning items on time and in the same condition. Disputes are handled per our resolution process.
Rental payments are made directly between renter and closet owner — MyCampusClosets does not collect or process rental fees. The platform charges fees only for closet subscriptions and boost credits, which are processed securely via Stripe. All platform fees are disclosed before purchase.
Items that are counterfeit, hazardous, illegal, or in poor condition may not be listed. MyCampusClosets reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts at its discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our community guidelines, or that engage in fraudulent activity.
MyCampusClosets is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the condition of rented items, disputes between users, or losses resulting from transactions between users.
